Frequently asked questions

What clients usually need clarified.

Do you contact suppliers on the client’s behalf?

Outreach can be included when the engagement scope, identity disclosure and communication protocol are agreed. Initial research can also be completed without outreach.

Can the scorecard use our internal procurement criteria?

Yes. Client criteria can be incorporated alongside technical fit, maturity, capacity, geography, compliance evidence and strategic alignment.

Does a shortlist replace supplier due diligence?

No. Scouting narrows and structures the field. Commercial, legal, quality and site-level diligence should follow with the appropriate specialists.
