Who this notice applies to
This notice applies to visitors, prospective clients and people who contact SCULTRA Services about career opportunities. SCULTRA Services operates from Delhi, India. The public project-enquiry form and inquiry@scultraservices.com are the current privacy contact channels.
Information we collect
- Information you submit, including your name, work email, company, areas of interest, preferred timing and project context.
- An email address and consent record when you separately choose to receive notices about future SCULTRA research releases.
- Information you choose to provide when expressing interest in a career opportunity, including your name, email, phone number, city, professional background, profile or portfolio links, experience, notice period, screening answers, project example and CV.
- Limited technical information used for security and abuse prevention, such as server logs and a one-way connection fingerprint used for short-term rate limiting.
- Anonymous website-usage information, including the page viewed, visit time, active visible time on the page, referring website hostname, broad country code and a temporary session identifier that is hashed before storage.
How we use information
We use personal information only where it is reasonably needed to:
- Review and respond to an enquiry.
- Understand whether SCULTRA can support the requested work.
- Review a career expression of interest and contact you when a relevant opportunity may be available.
- Maintain website security, prevent spam and investigate misuse.
- Understand which pages are useful and improve the website.
- Send occasional research-release notices when you have explicitly requested them.
- Keep appropriate business records and meet legal obligations.
Project-enquiry details are not automatically added to the research update list. Joining that list requires a separate, explicit choice. Personal information is not sold.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be processed by infrastructure and technology providers that help operate and secure the website. A specialist or delivery partner is not given project information merely because an enquiry is submitted; any necessary involvement should be discussed as the scope develops. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to protect legitimate rights and security.
Retention and security
Enquiry information is retained only while it is needed to respond, evaluate possible work, maintain appropriate records or meet legal obligations. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be promised to be completely secure.
Research-release signup records are retained while the subscription remains active or while a limited record is reasonably needed to honour an unsubscribe request.
Career information is retained only while it is reasonably useful for the opportunity discussed or for a limited period to consider relevant future opportunities. CV files submitted through the application form are kept in private storage and are available only for recruitment review. You may ask for your application data and CV to be deleted.
Cookies and analytics
The public site uses first-party analytics to count anonymous visit sessions, page views and a limited set of engagement actions such as opening or downloading a report, selecting a contact link, starting a form and completing a submission. It does not use advertising trackers or marketing cookies, and analytics data is not sent to a separate advertising or analytics provider.
A random identifier is kept in session storage and normally expires when the browser session ends. The stored analytics record contains only a one-way hash of that identifier, the page path, visit time, active visible duration, broad country code, referring website hostname and, when relevant, a non-personal action label. IP addresses, names, email addresses, full referring URLs and form contents are not stored in the analytics tables. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected. Analytics records are kept for up to 13 months.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct or request deletion of personal information associated with an enquiry or career expression of interest, subject to applicable legal and record-keeping requirements. Email inquiry@scultraservices.com or use the project-enquiry form and select “Privacy or data request.” We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
You can stop research-release notices at any time by replying to an update or emailing the same address with “unsubscribe” in the subject line.
Updates and questions
This notice may be updated as the website, service providers or applicable requirements change. The revision date above will be updated when material changes are published.
