Steel ministry explores India-Russia supply-chain and technology links
Talks at INNOPROM India covered coking coal, nickel, speciality steel, research, advanced technology and more resilient supply chains.
The Ministry of Steel has opened an India Steel Pavilion at INNOPROM India 2026 with public-sector companies SAIL, NMDC, MOIL and MECON.
The official release identifies coking coal, nickel, speciality steel, research, advanced technologies, sustainable production and supply-chain resilience as possible areas for India-Russia cooperation.
